Delivery of the order

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Difference and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to Difference will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. For orders paid for by cash on delivery, the customer undertakes to reimburse Difference within 3 business days, after which legal recovery proceedings will be initiated, at the customer's expense.
