Delivery of the order
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Difference and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender, any shipping costs charged to Difference will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. In the case of a cash on delivery order, the customer undertakes to compensate Difference within 3 working days, after which a legal recovery procedure will be opened, also at the customer's expense.
