Date of shipment

Orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours by express courier, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 12:30 pm. Orders placed after 12:30 pm will be processed the following day, and on weekends, they will be processed starting the following Monday morning. We would like to remind our new customers that Difference may request PayPal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the relevant bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delays in shipping your first order. Difference reserves the right to request that new customers ship the goods to their billing address. Orders for items already in stock are shipped the first business day following the order date, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers. During sales or promotional periods, shipments may take longer. In all cases, Difference reserves the right to postpone shipments in the event of force majeure.
