Return and Refund Policy

Don't like the product you received, it's the wrong size, or it has manufacturing defects? Our returns and cancellations policy stipulates that if you're not 100% satisfied with any of the products you ordered, we'll happily refund your money. You can return the products within 7 calendar days of receiving the package. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: • it applies to the product purchased in its entirety; • the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts; • by law, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely if the essential condition of integrity of the item (packaging and its contents) is lacking, in cases where Difference finds the original packaging (original box) missing or not intact, and/or acknowledges that the returned items have been worn outdoors. If returning one or more products results in the loss of free shipping (order value less than €99), standard shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS To exercise your right to return and/or withdraw, follow these simple steps. 1. Send an email requesting a return to info@differencestore.it 2. Download and complete the return form (downloadable on this page) 3. Pack the items in their original packaging and enclose the return form inside. (The completed form is mandatory, otherwise the return will not be eligible.) 4. Once the returned item has been received, the item will be inspected for any damage or tampering. If deemed appropriate, Difference will refund the customer the amount already paid for the returned item only (Cash on Delivery charges are not refunded). Refunds are made via bank transfer for orders paid for by cash on delivery or by bank transfer, with a reversal of the electronic transaction for orders paid online, within 14 days of the date the item is returned to the warehouse, as per current legislation. Returns, Shipping Costs and Unclaimed Packages


1.⁠ ⁠Shipping and Return Costs:
• Shipping costs for sending the order are the responsibility of the customer and are clearly indicated at checkout.
• In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the shipping costs relating to the return of the product are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Uncollected Parcels:
• If the customer does not collect the package within the time frame set by the courier, the package will be placed in storage.
• In the event of failure to collect and return the package to the sender, the amount refunded to the customer will be equal to the value of the product purchased, net of outward and return shipping costs, unless otherwise communicated by the seller.
3. Refund:
• The refund will be issued within 14 days of the return of the package to the seller's warehouse, using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
