Shipping
Orders are shipped by Difference, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Orders placed after 12:30 PM will be processed the next business day, and weekend orders will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Orders for items already in stock are shipped the first business day after the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the order. In all cases, Difference reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure. All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Difference and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to Difference will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. PLEASE NOTE: Cash on delivery (COD) shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, who agrees to pay within 3 business days, before legal proceedings and debt collection are initiated, which is also the customer's responsibility. Difference shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance is voided. Shipments to Italy and abroad are made via GLS express courier. As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice/receipt declaring the value of each item in euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
